Nodak Cafe & Bakery is a locally owned, small-town cafe in Ellendale, North Dakota, built on three simple things: good food, good people, and a place where everyone feels at home.
What started as a spot to grab lunch and a hot cup of coffee has grown into a go-to hangout for neighbors, farmers, families, and travelers passing through. From our home smoked meats, hearty plates like Fleischkuekle, chicken fried steak, and walleye, to 8-high stacked burgers, sandwiches, and baskets piled high with fries, we’re all about stick-to-your-ribs comfort food made with care.

At Nodak, we believe in feeding both body and soul with good food, kind words, and a neighborly smile. You’ll see familiar faces behind the counter, local teams and church groups around the tables, and plenty of laughter over coffee.
